How to choose a candle as a gift

A candle is a personal gift that suits almost any occasion. A few tips on choosing the right one.

Which candle suits which occasion?

Every occasion has its motif:

  • Christmas: a gnome, a Christmas tree, angels or a candle with a Merry Christmas inscription.
  • Birthdays and name days: a candle with a relief of a bee and honeycomb, or with a delicate relief of snowflakes.
  • Saying thank you: a small figure, such as an angel, pleases in a quiet, personal way.

Who is the gift for?

Nature lovers and bee fans will enjoy a candle with a bee and honeycomb motif. Traditional Christmas motifs such as an angel, a tree or a gnome delight children and grown-ups alike who love the atmosphere of the holidays.

What about the packaging?

A natural material deserves natural wrapping. We pack our candles in a kraft box tied with twine, with a wooden tag featuring a bee. The gift feels personal, and you have nothing more to arrange.

Do not forget safety

Add one simple piece of advice to the gift: never leave a candle burning unattended, trim the wick before lighting and stand the candle on a non-flammable surface. You will find detailed instructions on the Candle care page.
